NOTE: "If you're a teacher or another district employee that needs added to the subscription, reach out to the CTE director within your district with your request.

First, click "District Setup" and then "Users" to head to the users section.

Next, click on "ADD +" above the table of users:

Finally, you'll be at a screen with a form to fill out the user information:

The base roles are:

District Admin: Access to everything in the system.

Counselor: Can search through students and change their plans. Can be restricted to specific campuses (via this form), or even specific students (via import).

Teacher: Can search through students and make unofficial changes to their plans. Can put in certification results, manage their inventory (if you're using our inventory program), and put in CTSO participation if they are assigned to a CTSO.

Service Account: has access to download data, but cannot do anything else.

You can further refine access, if you want:

Full access to base role should be selected if the user should be able to do everything noted above. If you want to give access to only specific features, you can select them in the list.

Note that you must select something, otherwise the user will be able to log in, but not do anything.
