Now that we have your data in the system, the next thing to do is for us to do some data validation.
Here is how you can do it:
The Objective: Make sure the student data (Schedules and Transcripts) match in both system.
What you will need: You will need access to your Student Information System and be logged into Eduthings.
Students to view: Click on Students in the main menu
Click on the student # link below
9th [Add Student] -yellow
10th [Add Student] - green
11th [Add Student] - orange
12th [Add Student] - blue
If you don't have students in each grade level, pick 4 students from the grade level you do have.
once you click on the student ID link, the Students sub menu will open (on the left)
The current Course Schedule will be listed first then you can scroll to look at previous year's course enrollments.
Now, go into your student information system and find those students Schedules and Transcripts and compare them with what is in our Course History.
