Counselor Student Search Options- updated

I'm a counselor, what are my search options for the student report?

Select Students from your main menu

You will then be able to see all students and run basic searches on this screen for:

• Grade level
• Home Campus

To filter by additional options you will need to select Advanced Search

In the Advance Search area you can now filter for:

• Student
• Campus
• Grade
• CTE Participation
• Courses
• PGO/Four year Plan
• Program of Study (POS)
• Calculations
• Student Demographics & Indicators

Note: each search function has a drop down arrow that may allow for additional details in the search filters.  

To clear your search filters and search with new filters you will want to select the CLEAR FILTERS box in grey at the bottom of the screen.
