CTE district administrators can assign certification funding sources to build out their spending reports.
In this article, you'll learn how to assign a funding source to a student certification result.
Click on the Student Certifications link on the main menu:
Then, click on the link Verify Student Results button.
You will see a list of certifications entered for the current school year.
On the right side, use the dropdown menu in the Funding Source column to set the funding source.
- Marking a certification result with a funding resource will mark it as paid with those funds, which contributes to your Certification Spending Report by Funding Source, found under Analytics > Certifications > Spending.
- Marking a certification result as Unverified will mark it as not taken and not passed, removing it from your reports.
- If you do not need to track the specific funding sources, you can set them all to "Other."
