To manage Work-Based Learning time entries for your students, first click on your Roster link on the left menu:

You'll be presented with a roster of students, grouped by course:

If the course is a Practicum or Career Prep, or has otherwise been marked by the district as being eligible for WBL hour tracking, the students' IDs will be linked. Click that link to be taken to the WBL page for Log Entries, Training Plans, and Teacher Visits. You will select Log Entries to enter the students hours.

When you need to enter a log entry for a student you will click on the LOG NEW Entry+ button circled in the picture below.

You can also edit or delete an existing entry on the student log by selecting the edit pencil or delete trash can in Actions section.

Once you click on the Log New Entry+ button the window pictured below will open and allow you to enter in the Course, the time period for the entry, the hours worked, and the wages earned.  The upload feature will be utilized to upload the signed timesheet, skills validations, or any other documentation that may be required.  (When you are entering items as a teacher in the student log, the system defaults to have mark as approved already checked, if you do not want to automatically approve this entry be sure to uncheck that box)

Fill out the details on the form (including uploading documentation such as a pay stub), and click "Save" to record the entry to the system.

If we have integrated with your student single sign on, your students will be able to log in and manage this information as well (except for approving the hours -- the teacher or administrator must do that).

You can also find a spot to upload training plans in the middle menu

As with the Log Entries if we have integrated with your student single sign on, your students will be able to log in and upload the training plans/workplace agreements/pre-apprenticeship agreements...
