First, click on the District Setup on the main menu:

Next, click on the state or local courses link on the secondary menu that pops up on the left of the screen:

When you select State Courses/Local Courses all of the courses will be broken into subject areas, you will need to click the drop down arrow next to the subject area to view the courses.

Once you select the subject area your course is in you can then search through the list of courses to look for the one you are wanting to edit. When you have found the course to are looking to edit, click on the Pencil icon to open the course for edits.

Common edits you can make to the course will be:

  • Enabled
  • Enabled for WBL Logging
  • Dual Credit

Additional edits you may need to make can be to get the gender for the course (this can impact enrollment reports for Non-traditional enrollment for Perkins reporting).  You can also edit fields for credit length.

Once all edits have been completed be sure to click SAVE.

The edit process is the same in both State Courses and Local Courses.
